We'll show you behind the scenes of the aquarium, which you can't normally see!
How to raise animals and the equipment required for aquariums, etc.
There are plenty of behind-the-scenes stories that you can only hear here.
This is a recommended Event!

- 500 yen (tax included)

- First 15 people per session (minimum number of participants is 1 person)

- Children in the third grade or younger must be accompanied by a guardian. An additional fee will be charged for the guardian.
Notes
- The tour may be subject to change or cancellation without notice depending on the health of the animals or the weather.
- The staff will tell you the meeting place at the reception.
- Please refrain from taking photographs in the back yard to protect the animals.
- Please leave all your belongings in a bag before joining us.
- There are some uneven spots in the backyard. Please wear non-slip shoes.
- Please follow the instructions and precautions of the staff to ensure a safe tour.
- The hotel will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, accidents, or other troubles that occur as a result of not following the instructions and precautions of the staff during the tour.
- If you do not arrive at the meeting point by the start time of the tour, your tour will be canceled.
- If you lose your ticket, you will not be able to participate in the tour, so please keep it safe until the start time.
- The backstage tour is on a first-come, first-served basis and reservations will close once capacity is reached.
