The aquarium is barrier-free.
Although there are elevators and ramps on each floor, please note that some areas may be difficult to view in a wheelchair.
Can I enter the building in a wheelchair?

We have installed elevators and ramps on each floor to accommodate barrier-free access, however please note that there are some areas that are difficult to view in a wheelchair.
Do you have wheelchair rentals?
Wheelchairs are available for rental at the adjacent shopping center iias (open 10:00). Please note that the number of wheelchairs is limited. For details about wheelchair rental, please Contact Us iias Okinawa Toyosaki.
Can I bring an assistance dog into the facility?
The following assistance dogs are allowed in the aquarium:
1) Guide dogs 2) Hearing dogs 3) Assistance dogs If you have any questions, please Contact Ushere .
There are some areas that are difficult to view.
Please be aware of this.
I forgot my assistance dog's (guide dog, hearing dog, service dog) certificate, can I still enter the museum with my dog?
If you do not have a certificate, your pet will be treated as a pet and will not be allowed into the facility.
Please make sure to label your assistance dog as required by Japanese law and bring the certification with you.
