What is a web ticket?

Web tickets are electronic tickets that can be purchased on the DMM KARIYUSHI AQUARIUM official website.
By purchasing your online ticket in advance, you can enter the museum without having to wait in line at the ticket counter or ticket vending machine.

Do I need to register as a member to purchase online tickets?

There is no need to register as a member.

How many online tickets can I purchase?

You can purchase up to 9 tickets at a time.
If you would like to purchase more than 10 tickets, please purchase multiple tickets at once.

Can I pay by other means than credit card?

Payment is only accepted by credit card (one-time payment).

How do I give tickets to my companions?

After purchasing your ticket, save the QR code that is displayed as an image or print it out on paper and give it to us.

I got an error during the purchase process, what should I do?

If an error message appears, try the following:

  • Check the network connection status
  • Confirmation of credit card information and usage status

Do I need to print my web ticket in color?

Both monochrome and colour printing are available.

Are there any recommended environments for purchasing online tickets?

I can no longer go to DMM KARIYUSHI AQUARIUM, so can I sell or give away the online ticket I purchased on a flea market or auction site?

Please note that we strictly prohibit the resale or transfer of our online tickets under any circumstances.

If you are unable to attend, you can cancel or refund your online ticket by checking your ticket .

There will be no cancellation/refund fee (0 yen).
However, please note that the following conditions apply:

  • It must be within the validity period.
  • All tickets purchased must be unused
I was unable to enter the museum with the online ticket I purchased on a flea market/auction site. Can I get a refund or have the ticket reissued?

Only tickets purchased by yourself or your companion at our ticket counter, ticket vending machines, online tickets on the DMM KARIYUSHI AQUARIUM official website, or at authorized ticket sales agents such as convenience stores and play guides will be accepted for admission.

Please note that online tickets purchased from unauthorized sellers, such as flea market or auction sites, cannot be refunded or reissued.

What is a combined ticket?

This is a web ticket that allows multiple people to enter the museum at the same time using one QR code.

Can I split the combined ticket into multiple tickets for different people?

A combined ticket cannot be divided into multiple tickets.
Additionally, individual tickets cannot be combined into a single ticket later.

Can I check the details of my online ticket purchase?

You can check your purchase details from the ticket inquiry page .

After purchasing a web ticket, I closed the page without saving the QR code that was displayed. What should I do?

After completing your purchase, a purchase completion email will be sent to the email address you entered.
Please check the QR code attached to your purchase completion email.
You can also check the QR code when checking your ticket .

I didn't receive a confirmation email after purchasing, what should I do?

You can Contact Ushere and we will resend your confirmation email.

If you do not receive a confirmation email, the following may be the reasons, so please check in advance.

  • The email has been rejected due to spam settings.
  • It has been sorted into the "Junk Mail" folder as spam.

Emails from DMM KARIYUSHI AQUARIUM Newsroom of ticket purchase completion etc. will be sent from the domain "@mail.dmm.com".

Can I change the number of tickets after purchasing online tickets?

The quantity cannot be changed.
