What are Opening Hours?
Opening Hours are 9:00-20:00 (open every day).
The final admission time varies depending on the business day. Please check " Today's Opening Hours ."
- Business hours may change without notice, such as temporary closures due to typhoons, etc. Also, entry restrictions may be implemented depending on the level of congestion. Thank you for your understanding.
What time is the last admission?
The final entry time varies depending on the business day. Please check " Today's Opening Hours ". Ticket sales at ticket vending machines and ticket counters are also the same as the final entry time.
Are there any admission restrictions?
Admission may be restricted when the museum is crowded.
What payment methods are available at the Aquarium?
The following payment methods are available:
- Cash (Japanese yen only)
- All credit cards (VISA / MASTER / JCB / AMEX / Diners)
- Transportation IC cards (Suica / PASMO / Kitaca / TOICA / manaca / ICOCA / SUGOCA / nimoca / Hayakaken)

Can I re-enter the building?
Re-entry is possible only on the same day you entered. If you wish to re-enter, please have a transparent (UV ink) stamp placed on the back of your hand inside the aquarium, and when you re-enter, please present the stamp and your admission ticket to staff near the entrance gate on the second floor.

What should I do if I become unwell or injured?

Where can I Contact Us about lost and found items?
If you lose something on the day, please contact a nearby aquarium staff member.
If you lose your property on any other day, please contact the information desk at iias Okinawa Toyosaki.
Is there parking available?
DMM KARIYUSHI AQUARIUM is located inside the shopping center "iias Okinawa Toyosaki."
If you are coming by car, please use the parking lot at "iias Okinawa Toyosaki."
Are there coin lockers?
Coin lockers are located next to the entrance gate. There are three sizes:
- Width 352mm x Depth 678mm x Height 325mm (200 yen)
- Width 352mm x Depth 678mm x Height 516mm (300 yen)
- Width 352mm x Depth 678mm x Height 866mm (500 yen)
Please note that numbers are limited.
Is there free Wi-Fi?
We have free Wi-Fi available for everyone to use. Please connect to Wi-Fi (DMM_Kariyushi_Free) on your device.
Are there any smoking areas in the building?
There are no smoking areas within the aquarium. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the aquarium.
Electronic cigarettes, vapes, etc. are also not permitted.
Is there a rest area?
There are benches set up in various places in the aquarium. Please feel free to use them.
Can I bring a stroller into the building?
Strollers are allowed, but they must be less than 90cm wide.
If the stroller is over 90cm wide, please park it in the stroller parking area at the 2nd floor entrance before entering the building.
Do you have stroller rentals?
The Aquarium does not lend out strollers.
You may enter the facility by borrowing a cart from the adjacent shopping center.
Are there nursing rooms?
The nursing room is located on the 1st floor of the aquarium.
Is there a space for changing diapers?
Diaper changing space is located in the nursing room on the 1st floor of the aquarium.
Can I take pictures with a camera?
Photography is permitted inside the aquarium.
Please note that there are some areas where photography is prohibited.
Taking photographs or using them for commercial purposes is prohibited.
