(※1) If the venue is exclusively booked, food and drinks are not included.

Notes
- The reservation deadline is 30 days before the desired date of use. ( Cancellation policy )
- At the time of application, the reservation will be provisional, and the reservation (contract) will be formalized after we receive a response.
- By submitting the application form, you are deemed to have agreed to the party plan terms and conditions separately stipulated by the hotel.
- Smoking is prohibited throughout the building (including electronic cigarettes and VAPE. There are no smoking areas inside or outside the building.)
- Photography is permitted inside the aquarium. Please note that there are some areas where photography is prohibited.
Taking photographs or using them for commercial purposes is prohibited. - The hotel will not bear any responsibility for any loss, damage, accidents, or other troubles that occur as a result of not following the instructions and precautions of staff.
- If you do not follow the instructions of the staff, you may be asked to leave even during the reserved time.
- Please refrain from any actions that go against public order and morals.
- We do not permit any commercial filming, which may lead to copyright infringement.
- Bringing in food and drinks is not permitted. (If you have dietary restrictions, please contact us in advance to discuss bringing in food and drinks.)

- If you change or cancel the number of participants, a cancellation fee will be charged.
- Changes to plans can be made up to 5:00 p.m. seven days prior to the day of use.
- If a reduction in staff occurs during the cancellation period, we will charge the reduction in staff x cancellation fee.
- Unless we notify you of the cancellation, cancellation fees will be charged even if the cancellation is due to weather (including typhoons, etc.).
