These terms and conditions stipulate the necessary matters regarding the provision of a wireless Internet connection environment (hereinafter referred to as "Wireless LAN") provided by DMM.com LLC (hereinafter referred to as "our company") to visitors to "DMM KARIYUSHI AQUARIUM" (hereinafter referred to as "the Facility"), a facility operated by our company.

Anyone who visits the Facility and uses the wireless LAN (hereinafter referred to as "User") may use the wireless LAN within the Facility in accordance with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions and to the extent permitted by these Terms and Conditions.

The wireless LAN can be used during the facility's Opening Hours. However, the Company reserves the right to change the available hours without prior notice.

Users shall prepare, at their own expense, the necessary communication equipment, etc. to use the wireless LAN.

Users are prohibited from engaging in any of the following acts.

• (1) Any act that infringes or may infringe the copyright or any other right of a third party or our company.
• (2) Any act that infringes or may infringe on the property of a third party or our company
• (3) Any act that causes or may cause disadvantage or damage to a third party or the Company, other than as provided for in the preceding two paragraphs.
• (4) Any act that libels or slanders a third party or our company
• (5) Any act that is or may be contrary to public order and morals, or any act that provides information that is contrary to public order and morals
• (6) Criminal acts or acts that are or may be linked to criminal acts
• (7) Using or providing harmful programs, such as computer viruses, through or in connection with a wireless LAN
• (8) Sending advertising, promotional or solicitation e-mails, short messages, text chats, etc. to an unspecified number of people
• (9) Use of file sharing software and transmission of extremely large amounts of data
• (10) Any act other than those listed in the preceding paragraphs that violates or may violate laws and regulations or that the Company considers to be inappropriate

2 If any act by a user falling under any of the items in the preceding paragraph causes damage to the Company or a third party, the user shall compensate for such damage.

We may discontinue providing wireless LAN service if any of the following items apply:

• (1) When regular or emergency maintenance or construction of the wireless LAN system is carried out
• (2) When the operation of the wireless LAN becomes impossible or difficult due to a riot, disturbance, earthquake, eruption, flood, tsunami, fire, power outage or other emergency.
• (3) When there are unavoidable reasons, such as a failure of the equipment or network related to the wireless LAN system.
• (4) Any other case in which the Company determines that a temporary interruption is necessary for the operation of the wireless LAN.

2 If any act by a user falling under any of the items in the preceding paragraph causes damage to the Company or a third party, the user shall compensate for such damage.

We shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users in connection with the use of wireless LAN.

2. We make no guarantee as to whether the wireless LAN is compatible with the communication devices, etc. used by the user.
